4 bananas
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
6 tbsp milk
2 cup flour
2 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins (Wanda Myers)

  1. Mash bananas and 2tsp baking soda, set aside.

  2. Combine other ingredients in larg bowl.

  3. Add banana mixture.

  4. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees F. for 25 to 30 minutes.
