Can substitute any nut. We've even used sunflower seeds and reduced to 1/4 cup.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins with Walnuts

2 cup, mashed Bananas
113 2/5 grams Chopped Dates
0.66 cup (not packed) Raisins, Golden Seedless
2 tbsp Almond Butter, Plain
200 grams Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 cup Oat Flour
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins with Walnuts

  1. In a food processor - process all ingredient except oat flour and nuts.

  2. After processing add theoat flour and nuts

  3. Put in a cupckae or muffin pan and bake at 350 degress for 30-35 minutes

  4. Makes 12 muffins
