Banana muffins with walnuts (or raisins)

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

1 egg
3 banana
1 cup wheat bran
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp molasses
2 cups flour
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl (bran, flour, baking pwder, salt and walnuts)

  2. Mix wet ingredients in second bowl (egg, milk, oil, molasses, brown sugar)

  3. Mash banana.

  4. Fold wet ingredients and banana into dry ingredients. Mix until wet thoughout.

  5. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full.

  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
