Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cups unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cups egg beaters
2 bananas
1/2 cups low fat buttermilk
1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
24 teaspoons Splena (1/2cup)

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

  1. Mix ingredients with mixer.

  2. Fold in chips.

  3. Pam 18 muffin cups.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees 20-25 minutes.
