Recipe Ingredients for banana muffins

8 oz extra firm tofu
1 ripe banana
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 scoops whey protein powder
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for banana muffins

combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well and drop into a muffin tin. bake at 475 for 12-18 minutes
