Recipe Ingredients for banana muffins

1 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoon butter
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 medium bananas
1 1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup strawberries

Recipe Directions for banana muffins

  1. Mix oatmeal, milk, egg, sugar, melted butter, vanilla and mashed bananas. Let sit 5 min.

  2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in raisins or berries and nuts of your choice.

  4. Baked at 190C for approx 20min.
