Recipe Ingredients for Banana muffins

3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup bananas
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana muffins

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix sugar, oil and eggs. Then stir in mashed bananas. Mix flour, baking soda and salt together. Add this to the banana mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour in muffin pans or loaf pan.
