Very moist...not so low in calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 bananas, mashed
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Line muffin tin with muffin cups or grease with butter.

  3. Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

  4. Mix all wet ingredients then combine both until moist.

  5. Scoop batter into prepared muffin tin.

  6. Bakes for 18-20minutes
