Low fat, easy to make, add a dash of cinnamon for flavor

Recipe Ingredients for Banana muffins

3 bananas
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoons apple sauce
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for Banana muffins

  1. Mash bananas, add wet ingredients. In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet. Pour into greased muffin tin.

  2. Bake at 350 for 20-22 mins.
