Delicious, moist Banana Muffins for whenever the occasion for a muffin presents itself. Best with ripe bananas.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 large Egg, Whole
1 cup, dry, yields Oats
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 oz (14 halves) Walnuts, English
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/6 cup Butter
0.33 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

  1. Mash Bananas with softened butter.

  2. Combine ingredients together until creamy and pour into 12 muffin cups. Cook at 325 F (165 C) for half an hour and enjoy.
