Recipe Ingredients for Banana muffins

1 1/2 c. quick oats
1 c. flour
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. applesauce
3 medium ripe bananas
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. sunflower oil
1 egg
1/4 c. splenda brown sugar blend
1/2 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Banana muffins

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line 12 muffin cups. Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and soda. Add applesauce, bananas, milk, brown sugar, oil, and egg. Mix. Fill muffin cups with 1/3 c. mix.
