whole wheat flour, flax meal, teff flour 0% greek yogurt unsweetened applesauce sucanat

Recipe Ingredients for banana muffins

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/8 cup wheat germ
1/8 cup flaxseed meal
3/4 cup brown sugar
4 oz applesauce, unsweetened
5 1/5 oz nonfat yogurt
1 cup bananas, mashed
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 large egg

Recipe Directions for banana muffins

  1. combine flours, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt.

  2. combine egg, yogurt, applesauce, vanilla, bananas

  3. bring mixtures together but don't overmix

  4. spoon into 12 lined/unlined and greased muffin tins

  5. bake 22-25 min in 350 degree oven.
