Recipe Ingredients for banana muffins

2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg
1 1/3 cups bananas, mashed
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for banana muffins

  1. preheat oven to 350f or 180c

  2. mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.

  4. add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, just enough to moisten the dry ingredients. do not over mix.

  5. divide among twelve lined muffin cups, bake about 30 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. let cool and enjoy.
