Recipe Ingredients for banana muffins

8 serving Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour
4.2 tbsp Sunflower Oil Supreme
3 grams Salt, Table
1/2 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Leavening Agents, Cream Of Tartar
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for banana muffins

Mix dry ingredients together, mash banana & add, then add oil + just enough water to make thick batter. Mix until all flour is moistened, spoon into muffin cups. Bake 20 min at 425 F
