Banana Muffins with Fiber One and Chocolate Chips

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

1/2 cup Fiber One
1 Cup Spelt Flour
1/4 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet
3 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tsp Ener-G Foods Egg Replacer
0.3 tbsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, Alcohol
0.5 cup Unsweetened Applesauce

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

Combine wet. Combine dry. Mix. Bake at 350 for about 18 minutes. Enjoy!
