132 g brown sugar
110 grams 100% Liquid Egg Whites
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
65 grams Canola Oil
12 g whey protein
12 g psyllium husk

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

Mash bananas. Cream in sugar, margairn and egg. Add dry ingredients, mix lightly and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
