Delicious banana muffins; perfect for breakfast, or a quick snack. Also great for kids!!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

1 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 bananas
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Coat muffin pans with non-stick spray, or use paper liners.

  3. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, cinnamon; set aside.

  4. Combine bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter in a large bowl.

  5. Fold in flour mixture, and mix until smooth. Scoop into muffin pans.

  6. Bake in preheated oven. Bake 12 regular sized muffins about 18 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
