Low fat, reduced sugar whole grain banana muffins

Recipe Ingredients for banana muffins

1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 cup oatmeal
2 tbls sugar
2 tbls splenda
1 cup skim milk
1 egg
2 tbls canola oil
2 tbls applesauce
2 1/2 bananas
2 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for banana muffins

  1. Mix all ingredients together

  2. Spray baking pan with nonstick spray

  3. Cook on 400 for 20 minutes
