Muffins easy enough for kids to make.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 large bananas
3/4 cup SPLENDA Sugar Blend for Baking
1 large egg
1/3 cup margarine, melted

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Line muffin pans with papers, coat with non-stick spray

  3. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt

  4. Combine bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter in a large bowl.

  5. Fold in flour mixture and mix until smooth

  6. Scoop into muffin pans

  7. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes (mini) or 25 to 30 minutes (large). Will spring back when lightly tapped
