Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup banana
1/4 cup light sour cream
1/4 cup egg whites
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In seperate bowl, beat banana, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Stir in sour cream. Stir banana mixture into flour until combined.

  3. Bank for 15-20 minutes
