Low fat version of banana muffins. You can also use blueberries or chopped apples in place of, or combined with, the banana

Recipe Ingredients for banana muffins

2 cup flour
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup apple sauce
1 oz. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
3 bananas

Recipe Directions for banana muffins

Cream butter, applesauce and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time. Alternately add dry and wet ingredients. Add mashed bananas. Fill baking cups 2/3 full and bake for 15 minutes on 350
