Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

2 Bananas
1 cup Apple Sauce, unsweetened
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup Wheat Bran
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

  1. Chop the bananas in a blender or food processor.

  2. Add the egg, oil, and apple sauce to the bananas and blend.

  3. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.

  4. Add the bananna mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until moist throughout.

  5. Spoon into muffin tins.

  6. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until done.
