1 1/4 cup orange juice
1 3/4 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3 bananas
1/2 cup of oil
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees

  2. Cream bananas and oil

  3. Add eggs, orange juice and vanilla

  4. Add flour, sugar and baking soda

  5. Mix well until smooth

  6. Cook for 45min-1hr
