Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup raisins
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup ripe bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

Mix all dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients well. Mix both mixtures together. Put in greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Yield: 1 dozen.
