Delicious and fluffy Banana muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

2 cups of whole wheat all purpose flour
2 cups banana, mashed
1 cup So Nice Unsweetened
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 tbsp of baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a standard 12-cup muffin pan.

  2. Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.

  3. Mix banana, brown sugar, olive oil, salt and milk substitute.

  4. Mix dry ingredients into liquid until fully combined, then divide into muffin tin.

  5. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. For a crisp exterior, once done, remove from tin to cool on a rack.
