Banana Muffins Recipe

Makes 12 servings



Original 'famous' banana muffins. Used white whole wheat flour but calculated with the regular whole wheat numbers.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana muffins

2 cups white whole wheat flour
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
3 ripe bananas
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup applesauce

Recipe Directions for Banana muffins

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.

  2. Mash bananas. Add to dry ingredients with oil and applesauce. Don't overmix.

  3. Spoon into greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 x 15 minutes or until done.
