Recipe Ingredients for banana muffins

1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/10 cup egg beaters
1 cup banana
1/2 tbsp smart balance

Recipe Directions for banana muffins

  1. mix flour, sugar and baking soda.

  2. in seperate bowl, mix other ingredients.

  3. stir together (do not mix thoroughly, it should be a bit lumpy) and pour into muffin tins. bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. sprinkle brown sugar on top for a nice topping
