Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups banana
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

  1. Heat oven to 325.

  2. Line muffin pans with paper cups.

  3. Mix sugar, bananas, oil and eggs in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into muffin pan liner.

  4. Bake 12-15 minutes.
