Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

1 T ground flax seed
1/2 c oat flour
1/2 c whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1 t salt
3/4 T baking powder
3/4 T baking soda
1/3 c lowfat buttermilk
2 c mashed banana
1/3 c fat free milk
1/2 c egg substitute
1/3 c fat free yogurt, greek style
2 T corn oil
1 T vanilla
