Very moist and easy to make. The house smelled great while they were baking!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

2 cups wheat flour
1 cup sugar
4 medium bananas
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup raisins
1 cup walnuts
3/10 cup oil
1/4 cup water (or soy milk)

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350'F

  2. Combine flour, salt and baking soda and set aside

  3. Mash bananas and mix with oil, sugar and vanilla until smooth

  4. Add walnuts and raisins to wet mixture and then pour that in to bowl with dry ingredients mixing well.

  5. Grease muffin pan and fill each cup 3/4

  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes
