Whole wheat banana muffins with pecans and chocolate chips.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

3 Bananas
1 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Apple Sauce
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup Pecans, chopped
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

  1. Squash bananas, mix in sugar and applesauce, then add dry ingredients. Mix in nuts and chocolate last.

  2. Spoon into paper lined muffin tins.

  3. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
