Low calorie banana muffins. Perfect for a mid morning snack!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana muffins

1/2 cup flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 dash of salt
1/2 cup bananas, mashed
4 tbsp splenda
3 1/2 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
1 egg white
1/4 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Banana muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

  3. Beat together egg, banana, sweetener and vanilla. Stir in apple sauce.

  4. Stir banana mix into flour mix until combined.

  5. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
