Banana Muffins with 1/2 wheat flour

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. milk
4 medium bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

  1. Mix first three.

  2. Mix powder and soda in sour milk and add.

  3. Mix in flour.

  4. bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
