Recipe Ingredients for Banana muffins

1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup sugar
4 bananas
75 g chopped dates
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Banana muffins

  1. mix mashed bananas, applesauce and sugar together

  2. mix flour and baking soda in another bowl

  3. fold together

  4. place in muffin cases

  5. sprinkle brown sugar and cinamon on top

  6. bake in oven at 160 for 20-25mins
