light and fluffy muffins or bread. not too sweet or too fatty.

Recipe Ingredients for banana muffins

3 bananas
2 eggs
1/4 c land o lakes light butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 c white whole wheat flour

Recipe Directions for banana muffins

Cream butter and sugar then add eggs and pureed bananas. Mix all dry ingredients together, then add to wet mixture slowly. bake at 350 degrees for 45 min as bread or 20 -25 minutes as muffins.
