Banana & choc chip muffins. Can substitute chocolate for butterscotch pieces

Recipe Ingredients for Banana muffins

250 g flour
100 g sugar
125 ml canola oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 bananas
150 g milk chocolate chips
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Banana muffins

  1. oven at 400F / 200 C

  2. mash banana

  3. mix oil and eggs

  4. sift flour and mix with sugar, baking powder and soda

  5. add oil mixture to flour

  6. add in bananas

  7. 12 muffin tins

  8. bake for 20 mins
