Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

4 medium bananas
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp butter
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

  1. Mix sugars together with a spoon, add butter (melted and cooled). Stir until fully absorbed.

  2. Add the milk, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla; stir. Add mashed bananas, baking soda, salt, and spices. Stir well.

  3. Add one cup flour, stir, then add the 2nd cup. Do not overmix.

  4. Pour into greased muffin pan; bake for 25-30 mins at 350.
