Totally awesome and healthy banana muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup quick oats
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 egg
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup apple sauce
1 1/2 cup bananas
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

  1. Combine dry ingredients

  2. Beat egg, sugar, applesauce, mashed bananas, raisins and pecans

  3. add wet to dry

  4. divy into muffin tins

  5. cook at 375 F for 20-25 mins
