Yummy, spongy, soft banana muffins. Can add chocolate chips, walnuts, or other nuts!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup white flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, nonfat
1/2 cup egg whites
2 bananas (very ripe)
0.33 cup grapeseed oil
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl

  3. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl

  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients

  5. Pour batter into greased muffin tin

  6. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown
