Super light muffins with little fat and lots of taste

Recipe Ingredients for Banana muffins

1 cup banana
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup apple sauce
1 egg
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Banana muffins

  1. mash bananas add to milk

  2. mix milk and banana with apple sauce and egg

  3. inseparate bowl mix other ingrediants

  4. add dry to wet slowly

  5. will be lumpy

  6. put into lightly greased muffin tin and bake 350* for 15-20 min
