Recipe Ingredients for Banana muffins

3 ripe bananas (mashed)
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbs corn starch
2 tbs cold water
4 oz plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Banana muffins

  1. prepare water and corn strach to replace one egg

  2. add all the dry ingredients to a bowl-sift

  3. add wet ingredients

  4. line into 12 muffin cups

  5. bake at 350 degrees F. untill a toothpick comes out clean
