Classic muffins, easy and good. Not so healthy...

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup banana, mashed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp water
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

  1. Cream sugar and butter with mixer.

  2. Add by hand: banana, salt, vanilla, and baking soda dissolved in water.

  3. Slowly stir in flour.

  4. Add nutmeg and stir.

  5. Put into muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
