lower cal version of a banana muffin recipe i found. stevia or splenda can be used to make it even lower cal.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

2 cups flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup applesauce
2 eggs
6 tablespoons 2% milk
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

mix dry, mix wet, mix together, then bake at 375F for 25 minutes, or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
