I stole/borrowed this recipe from all.recipes. It's absolutely delicious, not that I can take the credit, but it's a recipe worth sharing.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 Bananas
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup becel
1 egg
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp becel
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp flour

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

  1. preheat oven to 375, line your muffin trays

  2. mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl

  3. melt the becel in microwave, mash banana's, and lightly beat egg

  4. combine becel, bananas, egg, and sugar in a seperate bowl

  5. mix the wet with the dry ingredients and pour the batter into the muffin trays

  6. mix the last 4 ingredients in a small bowl then sprinkle over the muffins

  7. cook for 18-21mins (until toothpick test is clean).
