Super yummy and easy banana muffins. Try more sugar next time (Maybe 3/4 cup)

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

4 banana
1/3 cup margarine
1/2 cup organic sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

Mix mashed bananas, beaten egg, melted margarine and sugar in 1 bowl, all other ingredients in another bowl. Mix together and bake for ~18 minutes at 350 degrees!
