Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

1 1/3 cups Splenda
2/3 cup margarine
4 eggs
4 tbsp. milk
3 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups mashed banana

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

  1. Cream Splenda and butter until light. Add eggs and milk - beat until smooth and fluffy.

  2. In medium bowl stir together flour, baking powder and bakiing soda. Add flour mixture and mashed banana to creamed mixture.

  3. Turn into lightly sprayed muffin tins. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350F or until tops spring back when lightly touched.

  4. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
