Recipe Ingredients for banana muffins

3.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 cup All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 1/2 grams Salt, Table
0.5 cup Butter
36 teaspoon Dark Brown Sugar

Recipe Directions for banana muffins

in large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt. in a seperate bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar then add the eggs and mashed bananas and stir until blended. stir banana mixture into flour mixture, pour batter into greased muffin pan. bake at 350 for 30 min, until toothpick comes out clean.
