Banana muffins, low cal, no added sugar

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins

2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
84 grams Apple Sauce
0.33 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 large Egg, Whole
1.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Baking Soda

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

  2. In a large bowl, beat oil and honey together. Add eggs, and mix well. Stir in bananas and vanilla. Stir in flour and salt. Add baking soda to 1/4 c. hot water, stir to mix, and then add to batter. Pour batter into 12 serving muffin tin.

  3. Bake for 18 to 20 min.
