My banana muffins with splenda instead of sugar...

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Muffins, low cal

1 stick butter
1 cup splenda no calorie
1 cup banana, mashed
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp water
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins, low cal

  1. Cream splenda and butter.

  2. Add by hand banana, egg, vanilla, salt, baking soda dissolved in water.

  3. Gradually stir in flour.

  4. Add nutmeg.

  5. Put into muffin pan.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown on top.
