3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup banana
1/4 cup honey
2 large eggs
2 cups white whole wheat flour
1 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffins home made

  1. Beat together the butter, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla in medium bowl until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until smooth. Spoon batter into greased muffins cups or 1, 9 x 5 loaf pan.
